Pixelfall
2.4× FTD rate vs. peer
2.4× FTD rate vs. peer
HandoverSchemes, copy, translations and tokenised assets delivered ready to wire. Operator's retention manager owns the plan; their CRM team configures — no rebuild on our side.
Pixelfall wanted to earn a generation of players who grew up on Stardew Valley and Celeste — not on fruit-machine motifs. The slots had to feel like arcade cabinets, the wins had to feel TikTok-shareable, and the product had to launch day-one on a German GGL licence with OASIS, Monatslimit, and Spiel-mit-Verstand compliance surfaces that don't kill the brand.
Pixel-art identity, clean product UI
The brand lives as pixel-art — wordmark, mascots, sprite sheets, arcade-poster key visual. The product itself is clean Space Grotesk UI with pixel accents only in the wordmark, CTA glyphs and progress-bar blocks. Two languages in one system; neither fights the other.
GGL compliance as part of the brand, not a footer
Monatslimit banner is visible in the cashier, OASIS and Spiel-mit-Verstand live in the trust strip, BZgA hotline in the compliance footer of every banner. Regulators and players both read the same thing; neither feels buried.
Shareable replay clips
Every significant win auto-generates a 9-second vertical replay clip — watermarked, music-matched, TikTok-ready. Downloadable from the win screen itself, with the pixel mascots cameo'ing in the outro.

Logo lockups
“Our under-25 cohort grew up on Celeste and Stardew Valley, not fruit machines — the 12-colour phosphor palette spoke to them before the bonus mechanics did. Replays move on TikTok the way a jackpot photo used to move on Facebook, and our FTD rate is 2.4 times the traditional-art peer.”
